Twiztid takes on Devil’s Night in Detroit

Every year on Devil’s Night, Detroit turns into Twiztid’s playground, and this year’s Halloween show at St. Andrews Hall proved exactly why the duo are local legends. The place was packed wall to wall with face paint, horrorcore gear, and a crowd that felt more like a cult family reunion than a concert. As soon as Jamie Madrox and Monoxide hit the stage, the energy exploded smoke, strobes, and screams all blending into one chaotic celebration of Halloween in the D.

Twiztid tore through a career-spanning setlist that mixed old-school cuts with fan favorites from their more recent records. Songs like “We Don’t Die” and “Leave Me Alone” had the floor shaking and brought a raw intensity that only they can pull off. Between songs, the duo joked with the crowd and kept the night feeling equal parts haunted house and house party. The sound was gritty, the lights were wild, and the visuals masks, blood, smoke made it feel like a horror movie come to life.

Fans left drenched in sweat, grinning like maniacs under their face paint. Twiztid’s Devil’s Night shows aren’t just about the music they’re about community, chaos, and keeping that underground spirit alive. After nearly three decades, they still own this night like nobody else can.
