Blink-182 Headlines Four Chords Music Festival

This year’s Four Chords Music Festival delivered one of its strongest lineups yet, with Blink-182 headlining what turned out to be the smallest stop on their tour. Set against the backdrop of a small baseball field, the festival had an intimacy you don’t often get at major shows. Instead of the oversized arenas that Blink usually packs out, the crowd here felt close-knit, the kind of atmosphere where everyone knew they were witnessing something special. It was a perfect fit for a festival that has always championed community as much as music.

The supporting acts brought their own distinct flavors to the day. Bowling for Soup kept the mood light with their trademark humor and throwback pop-punk energy, while Hot Mulligan gave the younger crowd their moment with an emotional, high-energy set that hit hard. Jimmy Eat World proved why they’re festival mainstays, mixing newer tracks with classics that had the entire field singing along. By the time Blink-182 hit the stage, the crowd was primed and buzzing, ready to scream back every word to songs that defined multiple generations of fans.

Four Chords also added something special this year with a pre-festival show at Preserving, an old church turned venue that set the tone perfectly. Knuckle Puck and Set Your Goals brought raw, charged sets that reminded everyone of the DIY roots this scene came from. It was the kind of warm-up that made the next day feel even more rewarding. With its balance of nostalgia, intimacy, and pure energy, Four Chords Music Festival felt less like just another stop on Blink’s tour and more like a celebration of what makes pop-punk still matter.
