Ghost at Little Caesars Arena

Ghost’s show at Little Caesars Arena felt like stepping into a dark, strange church where rock and theater collide. From the opening notes of “Peacefield,” the band set the tone with thick fog, dramatic lighting, and a stage that looked like something out of a horror film. Papa Emeritus, dressed in a skull mask and robes, led the way as the Nameless Ghouls moved like ghosts around him. It was loud, heavy, weird and impossible to look away from.

The band played a stacked 22 song setlist blending old favorites with newer material. Tracks like “Cirice,” “He Is,” and “Mary on a Cross” hit especially hard with the crowd, but there were plenty of surprises too. Ghost mixes real musicianship with just the right amount of tongue-in-cheek humor. One moment you're watching a keyboard solo lit by flames, the next they're poking fun at a guitar player with a “You Suck” sign. It’s a strange balance that somehow works perfectly.

What really stood out was how into it the crowd was. With everyone’s phones locked up in Yondr pouches, people were actually watching the show not through a screen. Every chorus felt louder, every moment more intense because nobody was distracted. By the time they closed with “Square Hammer,” it felt like everyone in the building was part of something. Not just a concert, but something bigger. Strange, loud, and unforgettable.
