Kids of the 90’s had a dream concert at DTE last week with Third Eye Blind and newly reunited band Dashboard Confessional after taking a five year break. opening up the night was a alternative rapper Kristine Meredith Flaherty who goes by the name K. Flay. K. Flay is supporting her new album Life as a Dog as she is on the road opening up for Dashboard Confessional and Third Eye Blind. Next week K. Flay will end her run with the two bands and jump on the AWOLNATION tour. K. Flay started off the show with her seven song set list, witch included a new song “ Fever" off of her new album "Life As A Dog”. As soon as she hit the stage she got positive feedback from the audience, cheering and applauding after every song. Dashboard just came off of a five year hiatus to hit the road with Third Eye Blind. During their set Dashboard was constantly cracking jokes and having a great time being back together playing music. With the fans packed into DTE patently waiting for one of the biggest band from the 90’s to hit the stage. To start off the set TEB got the crowd ready with "Faster" followed by “Graduate”. By the end of the night Third Eye Blind had the whole crowd singing along to every word. As the last song ended and they left the stage the fans were left screaming for more! After a few minutes of the crowd chanting “one more song!!!” Third Eye Blind came back out to play “Semi-Charmed Life” and The Background"
