Oh Wonder welcomes you warmly into 2020 with their brand new single “Happy” out today—listen HERE! The new track arrives just weeks before the band’s fast-approaching third album, No One Else Can Wear Your Crown, is released on February 7th. The duo has also unveiled international dates for the “Wear Your Crown Tour,” which is on sale now at www.ohwondermusic.com. See a full list of dates below.
“Happy” is the fourth glimpse at what is to come from Oh Wonder’s highly anticipated third album, and once again finds the band putting modern, millennial love under the microscope. Inspired by the moment you realize you are able to wish your ex well with their new love, and actually mean it, “Happy” was in fact written by the band about Anthony’s ex-girlfriend; an irony that isn’t lost on the band who sing the track together, as a couple.
No One Else Can Wear Your Crown was written and self-produced in Oh Wonder’s own home studio, before being co-mixed with Cenzo Townshend (Bat For Lashes, Christine & The Queens, Jungle). In its 10-track entirety, it’s a record that explores a host of different emotions and experiences—some forged on the road on their last world tour, which included 300,000 world-wide tickets sold, and others from taking a break and reflecting on all that they’ve accomplished as a band so far, which includes a Top 10 album, a billion streams worldwide and global sold out tours.
It’s therefore unsurprising that No One Else Can Wear Your Crown has an overriding message of self-acceptance, empowerment and joy. It’s there in their brand new single “Happy,” as much as it’s in the Carpe Diem chorus of first single “Hallelujah”—a song of defiance that Josephine and Anthony wrote for anyone that has ever been told they can't do something.
Ultimately, it’s difficult not to leave No One Else Can Wear Your Crown feeling uplifted and entirely convinced of the power of Oh Wonder. Recharged and ready for the next chapter, Oh Wonder appears more able than ever to just make it work: whether navigating the big questions of how to live and work with your partner down to the everyday drama of what happens to your dog now you have to go back on tour. No One Else Can Wear Your Crown is a candid, restorative set that offers a welcome antidote to our turbulent times, from a band firmly writing their own bright future. Ask, believe, receive.

OZZY OSBOURNE
UNVEILS VIDEO FOR
#1 ROCK RADIO TRACK
"UNDER THE GRAVEYARD"
FROM FORTHCOMING ALBUM, 'ORDINARY MAN,'
DUE OUT EARLY NEXT YEAR
For his new video for the #1 rock track "Under The Graveyard," OZZY OSBOURNE reteamed with acclaimed film director, screenwriter and music video director Jonas Akerlund (who worked with OSBOURNE on videos for "Let Me Hear You Scream" and "Gets Me Through"). Watch the video here.
The semi-autobiographical video was recently filmed in Los Angeles and features actors Jack Kilmer (as OZZY OSBOURNE) and Jessica Barden (as Sharon Osbourne). Set in the late 70s in the early part of OZZY's solo career, the clip shows the darkness of life and how a helping hand and love can change everything.
"For 'Under the Graveyard' Jonas (Akerlund) developed the story into a 'mini movie,'" says OZZY OSBOURNE. "But, to be quite honest, it's hard for me to watch because it takes me back to some of the darkest times in my life. Thankfully Sharon was there to pick me up and believe in me. It was the first time she was there to fully support me and build me back up, but it certainly wasn't the last."
"Under The Graveyard" recently captured the #1 position on the Rock Radio Chart and has eclipsed 5.4 million streams worldwide. It marks the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy®-winning singer and songwriter's third #1 on this chart and his first in 10 years; "Under The Graveyard" is his first new solo music in as many years. It's the first track from OZZY's forthcoming album, ORDINARY MAN, due out on Epic Records in early 2020.
ORDINARY MAN was recorded in Los Angeles and features producer Andrew Watt on guitars, Duff McKagan (Guns N' Roses) on bass and Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) on drums.

ETHER COVEN RELEASE NEW TRACK "WHEN QUIET FELL"
PRE-ORDER EVERYTHING IS TEMPORARY EXCEPT SUFFERING HERE
BAND TO TOUR THE U.S. WITH BARISHI
(Fort Lauderdale, FL - January 2, 2019) - Sonically expansive, aurally depressive metal band Ether Coven announce the release of their new song "When Quiet Fell" today. Listen to the track premiering exclusively with Metal Injection, HERE. The track is off the band's forthcoming album full-length album Everything Is Temporary Except Suffering out January 10th.
Everything Is Temporary Except Suffering features previously released tracks "Flower Crown" and "Unravel". The album was recorded, mixed and produced by Erik Rutan (Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel, Goatwhore) with additional mastering done by Alan Douches (Cradle of Filth, Motorhead) at West West Side. Pre-order Everything Is Temporary Except Suffering, featuring artwork by Stephen Kasner (Integrity Sunn O))), Khlyst), HERE.
Ether Coven will kick off 2020 by touring with Barishi, which includes support for select dates from Wvrm, Zombie Apocalypse, and Outlier. Tickets are available for purchase HERE.
Born from the ashes of vocalist/guitarist Peter Kowlasky's (vocals and guitar) former (and occasionally still active) band, Remembering Never, Ether Coven marry the dissonant sounds of Neurosis and Swans, the sumptuous gloom of Type O Negative and the riffing of their home state's death metal heritage. Helmed by a creative core of Kowalsky and Devin Estep (vocals, guitar), the band has spent the past three years touring clubs and DIY venues across the Eastern seaboard and Canada, performing alongside the likes of The Body, Eyehategod, Cro-Mags and Torche.
Ether Coven was brought to Century Media Records' attention by longtime A&R vet, Michael Alago, whose credits include signing Metallica and White Zombie and whose career was recently profiled in the documentary film, Who The Fuck Is That Guy?. "Ether are both brutal and majestic in the presentation of their music," says Alago. "There is also a beauty that is totally arresting in all its heaviness."
Ether Coven is Peter Kowalsky (guitar/vocals), Devin Estep (guitar/vocals), Shane Nerenberg (bass/vocals), and Justin Gianoutsos (drums).

WILD WILD WOMAN EP OUT ON NEON GOLD RECORDS HERE
“MAN OF WEAKNESS” VIDEO HERE
Your Smith dives into 2020 with a 17-date debut headline tour. Last month, she finished her busy touring schedule supporting K. Flay once again in Europe and had her first-ever headline show in London. Earlier this year she has been supporting K.Flay, Matt Maeson, and X Ambassadors on their tours.
Last month, LA-based artist Your Smith released her sophomore EP Wild Wild Woman via Neon Gold Records HERE, a collection of records that Smith encourages listeners to “Put it on. Turn it up. Go wild.” The video for “Man of Weakness” HERE, a one-shot affair that follows Smith as she unleashes her own “wild woman” upon a busy Los Angeles Diner and Bar. Her music has been described as, for instance: “a delectable, synth-pop injection of pure funk that eventually descends into a minimal, sexy breakdown.” by NY Magazine’s Vulture and “we all could use Your Smith on our playlists“ by Refinery29. Earlier she revealed the EP-tracks “Wild Wild Woman”, “In Between Plans” and “You Could’ve Told Me”.
The Minneapolis native relocated to Los Angeles in 2016 and after years of releasing her music under her given name, Caroline Smith, she let go of her insecurities and reawakened herself under the new moniker Your Smith.
Her newfound steadfastness, boldness, and unapologetic nature through her alter ego flourishes in her, acoustic driven single, “You Could’ve Told Me,” as she sings, “You could’ve told me, when you met me, all your love was gone.” Smith’s freedom of her new self appears through her previously released, carefree single, “Wild Wild Woman,” HERE, an anthem for the wild woman that lives inside us all, begging to be let out. The warm, synth-pop gem is tinged with Funk and R&B rhythms, Smith’s silky, smooth voice, and a beat that’s danceable until the very end.
Following this lighthearted essence, Smith released “In Between Plans,” HERE, a song inspired by an acid trip on a catamaran in Nicaragua. Written in a jungle hut at Neon Gold’s prestigious NEON GOLDEN writing retreat, the session was attended by Tove Lo, Phoebe Ryan, What So Not and more. It was there she was able to shove self-doubt aside and take her artistry to a new level.
